Is there any difference between' Scramble' and 'Post-Match Scramble'?

Do both mean the same?

Same thing. Post match scramble is the Scramble and also there is a post-scramble.

Post-Match Scramble is on March 17th 2009 and then the post scramble starts afterward until July 1st.

NRMP National Residency Matching Program website which provides you with the unfilled list. If you re certified by the Scramble day then you can go ahead and prepare for it.

NRMP is the place where you match is handled and they are the ones who announce the unfilled list of residency programs on scramble day. If you do not have NRMP you will not be able to match or access the unfilled list on scramble day.

30 NOVEMBER was the last date, but still the things are in control, can pay extra fee, and register yourself, so go ahead and all the best

as far as NRMP you can look up their deadlines and as far as ElectronicResidency.com registration you can do it at anytime.
