The specialties open to indian students or IMGs depend on their credentials.Generally IMGs go into Internal Medicine,Family Medicine,Psychiatry,Pediatrics.Many IMGs have also matched into competitive specialties like Surgery,Aenesthesia,Radiology due to their sheer hardwork.
Remember, there is no resevation in residency positions for applicants from any country .

There u have to go to ' Charting Outcomes in the Match'.
