Shud I Do PG in India or Take USMLE?

Could someone please guide me as to whether it would be better to complete my pg here in india and then goto US for a job or to give my USMLE as soon as i finish my medical certification here in India

If u r within three years of graduation n u score high on yur USMLE Steps n pass them all on the first attempt only then u can get a residency of choice in the US.
However, if anyone fails to score high on USMLE Steps or fails on any of the USMLE Steps then it becomes very difficult for him to land into a residency program of choice in the US.
In my opinion, it wud be better to take Indian PG entrance n get into a PG program in India n then also take USMLE Steps side by side n score high on them n pass them all on the first attempt only n then apply to US residency programs.That way u wud be on the safer side.
