Somebody help me please!

I am a fmg ,graduated in 93. permanent resident. Passed step 1 on 2nd attempt score 91. step 2 on 2nd attempt score 89, and CSA on 2nd attempt, have 6 months USCE. Also have research experience. Last year I got only one inerview, did not match. I desperately need help. Please guide me what to do this year? I would greatly appreciate . God bless you all.

- Take and pass Step 3, try to clear it with a high score & on the first attempt.
- Continue your USCE pursue and try to build a network with all these places & the people that you work with.
- Don't give up.

Re: Somebody help me please! doctor1 - 04-02-08 13:25 yup whats one said is true regarding the contacts but i believe ur visa status is the biggest asset on ur apllicaation followed by ur scores i guess u need to give a substatila explaination for ur yr from grad in ur personal staemnet

Re: Somebody help me please! radhamesramos - 04-02-08 14:39 try to see how you explain that gap in your history since you graduated. Then do some Clinical rotation in a hospital where you might get offered an interview, and as theone said try to clear step 3.

It is very frustrating to go through all that stress every year. Many people suggested that I should take step 3 this year. So hopefully something will work out.
