ECFMG CSA is no longer administered by the USMLE.It has been replaced by the current USMLE Step-2CS. ECFMG CSA was administered before the year 2004 and it was an OSCE(Objective Structured Clinical Examination).ECFMG CSA had a limited validity. So, u have no other choice but to take the USMLE Step-2CS exam.USMLE Step-2CS is indefinitely valid.
