we used to know by logging in to apply for second time. if u r passed it wont allow. i dont know if this still works

You mean ,try to log in to reapply for Step 2CS.

During ones Eligiblity Period For Stp2cs will the applicant need to pay any more fees for reapplying for Stp2cs?

When I tried to reapply it showed'You are not registered for Stp2cs'
Can we make any inference from this?

Have u taken the step-2cs?If not ,then this trick is of no use to u .

If u have not taken the step-2cs ,but u have already registered for it ,then it will simply show "our records indicate that u r registered for the step-2cs."

If u have taken the step-2cs ,but the results are not yet out,then it will again show the above message.
