A 42 yr old woman comes to your office with c/o of diarrhea for 6 mnht .she has stopped all dairy products for the past few mnths bocoz another physician told her that her symtoms were caused by lactase deficiency.but there has been no improvement.the diarhea occur through the day,and she has noticed blood n pus with the stool.her past medical history reveals ulcer disease for many years,which has been relatively resistant to medical treatment.she takes maxmium doses of omiprazole daily, along with famotidine,and still has symptoms.her physical exam is unrevealing. her laboratory results are normal ,except for mild hyperglycemia. what is your diagnosis.
