Re: step 3 InSitu - 07-27-08 13:07 Yes it is maybe enough when passing step1 2ck and CS and get ECFMG certification but since the competition is enormous having step 3 is a big plus. Also, if you are looking for an H1b Sponsorship then you must clear step 3.
