harry206 - 05-18-09 13:37 Painless testicular mass ---> scrotal ultrasound ----> if suspicious ---> CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis + serum tumor marker levels (alpha fetoprotein, beta HCG) ----> if result equivocal & suspicion high ----> radical inguinal orchiectomy
