Marfan syndrome, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, and Homocystinuria.

This is what is in my mind!

yes correct
Imp 3 differentials are:
Marfan syndrome, Homocystinuria & klinfilter's syndrome

Look at lens:--->
Marfan syndrome: lens displaced upward
Homocystinuria:lens displaced downward
klinfilter's syndrome: none

IQ:
Marfan syndrome: Normal IQ
Homocystinuria:Low IQ
klinfilter's syndrome: Normal IQ but difficulty in learning

Cardiac status:
Marfan syndrome: MVP, AR, Aortic root dilatation
Homocystinuria: venous & arterial thrombosis
klinfilter's syndrome: no valve abnormality
