Re: the match and residency InSitu - 06-28-08 15:56 Please check ecfmg.org there you can find answers to all your questions. You need to be ECFMG Certified to start residnecy in the USA. ECFMG Certification require that you have:
1. Graduated from medical school with good standing
2. Passed your USMLE Exams (step 1 2ck and CS)
--If applying with a visa sponsorship you need to have USMLE Step 3.
