For going into surgical programs what matters most is your strong USCE in surgery.
Although your scores are very good,but lot more needs to be done.
You can do some genuine research in surgery at some good university.
You can apply to Preliminary surgery positions and in future use that as a tool to go into some good categorical program.But,first do a lot of research on which prelim programs will sponsor you for a visa.
Although surgery ,not like orthopedics,is gettable for an IMG but it neds a lot of perseverance on the part of the applicant.
