Not getting the money was not our sponsors fault. The reversal is based on individual accounts. There was never a problem with payments.

I agree with this because I think the 'reversal' has something to do with an individual's paypal account or paypal.Here r some of the Payment statuses from Paypal:
Reversed:The payment was cancelled by you or PayPal.
Cancelled:The sender cancelled this payment.
Completed:Money has been successfully sent to the recipient.
Denied:The recipient chose not to accept this payment.
Held:Money is being temporarily held. The sender may be disputing this payment, or the payment may be under review by PayPal.
Refused: The recipient declined your payment
Returned: Your payment was returned because the recipient didn't claim it within 30 days
For other payment statuses information refer to the paypal website.

yeah i understand that it was not the sponsors fault and the payment was made, i was just wondering if i could know the reason !! because paypal did not mention any...
