Lots of perfect timed practice of all the case scenarios in the First Aid and USMLE World is the only way to tackle this exam.This exam is about communication and spontaneity.Physical exam should be short and precise.Just address all the concerns of the patient and do not ever rush thro' an encounter.
Speak slower and louder and be respectful.Ask for permission whenever appropriate.

Prism, I think it would be better if the posts for advertisement r given in the Ad Section of Doctok.
I ,as a Moderator, have to be neutral and thus cannot endorse any step-2CS preparation workshops.When u post here it looks as if I m encouraging the members to go for these courses.
What I can do is that I can only analyse the claims of these workshops and present their pros and cons to doctok members.
