The only way to get the unfilled program list is to ask a friend who is registered with the NRMP to forward u the list.

Here is wat ECFMG says about it:
"You will not have access to the list of unfilled programs if you did not register with the Match. The Match Agreement prohibits applicants from sharing NRMP's List of Unfilled Programs with individuals who did not register with the Match."
