TheOne - 02-14-08 12:34 University programs are almost always favorable than community programs. For so many reasons that includes reputation, education, faculty, post-training fellowship opportunities, etc.
Saying that, there are many community programs that have very good training and faculty.
University > University-Affiliated > Community

radhamesramos - 02-19-08 18:44 In community programs, research tends to be limited, and the teaching is not as complete as a university program (there are some exceptions), in community programs usually you do more handwork, and it is more practical job than university, but exceptions also apply
