if it happens after a thrombotic stroke it is a sign of ........ cerebral artery occlusion.
What is the answer? middle, posterior, or anterior?

anterior cerebral artery occlusion affecting paracentral lobule . the man may even develop paraplegia or weakness in the feet .this is becausse of the cerebral homunculus

perfect!
when ACA is occluded ---> paralysis and sensory loss of contralateral leg and foot, AND OR URNIARY INCONTINENCE

Anterior cerebral artery occlusion...involvement of the pelvic area and lower limbs in the motor homunculus describes this...
