I am looking for US citizen FMG's who have had trouble finding a residency. I am considering filing a class action lawsuits against ICE and ERAS for allowing high tech jobs to go to non-US-citizens (residencies) while there are qualified US-citizens seeking these positions. These residencies are funded by medicare and US-citizens should have priority.

Re: Us citizen FMG's who cannot find a R reality13 - 03-22-08 22:41 Hello ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I have been matched this year ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,But i just wanted to tell you,,,,,i agree with what you are saying ,, i am a US citzen that is an FMG,,,, Even that i never had any trouble getting a resdincy,,,,,,,,I do understand your problem ,,,,,,,,,Residency should be in this order,,,,AMG,,,,,,,,,US citzen/ Green card holders who are FMG,,,,,then FMG who are NON US citzen,,,,,,,,,,This is your country just becasue u went outside to study Med you should be alowed to practise in ur counrty,,,,,,,,,,,,,this happens in any other country in the world,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, GOOD LUCK ,,I wish you the best ,,,,,,,,,this is a problem and it's the truth ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,So i hope your case works because i have been thinking about this for a while,,,,,,and it;s not because i don't like other ppl from different , i have imgrated to this country my self when i was young but this is where i live now ,,,and i would have been sad if i couldnt get a job in my own country,,, So i hope nobody gets mad for saying what i have just said,,,,,,,,,,,
