The observeship in medicine in Griffin hospital is quite good.It can help u in even matching at the same hospital.

U shud plan it before u intend to apply to the residency programs coz' then u will be able to include it in yur ERAS online Application form and will also be able to send the US LORS in time to the ERAS.
