USCE

Hi,

I have asked about my USCE at Jackson Memorial that I am supposed to start my training there by Jan. 7, but due to some visa issues I didn't get it yet. You adviced me to call them for apology.

Actually I have sent an email and they replied they will extend it just one week. Is it ok to send them back words of thanks or don't bother them with more emails and make it just one email with visa response, wither acceptance or not?

I know this question may sound silly, but it is not for me.

Thanks for ur cooperation.
Good Luck for all.

Mohammad,

It's actually a good question. Keep your name alive & always show programs that you are interested. Go ahead and thank them for the extension. I guess you've alreadu explained to them what's the problem. Again, if you're sure that you can be there by the time they designated to you then you're good. If you have doubts, call them and talk to the coordinator personally and explain what's wrong. I believe in person-to-person communication than the emails or faxes. Good luck.

Definately send an email to thank them back. And dont worry it is not a silly question it is always difficult to know what is polite and what is pushy especially in a different country that you are used to....
