U can take the first two USMLE Steps viz. USMLE Step-1 and Step-2CK there in India itself.U can find the testing centers in India for the aforementioned exams thro' the website 'www.prometric.com' .
However,u will need to take USMLE Step-2CS in the US and for that u will need a B1/B2 Visitor visa.In India u can apply for the visa thro' the website of VFS service.
