I studied fro CS for exctly 6 days. I covered all 50 cases from usmleworld with my brother who did the actor part. You dont have to use the expensive USMLE world cases because they are taken from other sources that are cheaper. USMLEworld takes advantage of IMGs and I do not recommend them. For CS use First aid cases (much cheaper and BETTER).
I passed my CS easily just doing the cases for 6 days.
Note: For any of the qbanks use Kaplan (#1 Qbank for any exam).

This exam is about being with the patient and not just following certain rituals like handwashing,etc.
It is about being slow with your speech and using simple sentences.
It is about being respectful,not being in a hurry,and listening to the patient.
It is about following patients leads.
Even if u fail in one component u have to work hard on all the components of the CS exam because of them being interrelated.
So, practice all the case scenarios which are there.
If u want , u can take the live Standardised patient courses.
Keep in mind ,there is no book which can teach you communication and interpersonal skills.
