i m having 3 problems in visa application 1st one is that the form is asking about departure info and arrival info and i m not very sure of that can i say that i have not decided yet ? will it affect my visa chances , 2nd problem is that form is asking where will i stay and i dont knw anyone in USA , i think i should give address of a hotel where i will stay , should i put in hotel name and suggest some good cheap hotels in new york where i can stay , 3rd problem in form is asking contact info of someone from USA , as i dont knw anyone in USA can i put in name of ECFMG as organisation name and fill in their address bcoz form says if u dont knw someone u can put in the name of organization u will visit , plz answer these queries i need to apply asap !

Yes, put the dates which u think r most appropriate.It will not affect yur visa application.
Put the name of the hotel where u r going to stay in NY.Go to the website :www.cheaprooms.com to get some cheap hotels.
Ye, u can put the name and address of ECFMG there.
