U do not need any visa for taking USMLE Step-1 and Step-2CK because these tests r administered by the USMLE thro' Prometric testing service thro' out the world.U can check for the testing center in your country by visiting the website 'www.prometric.com'.
However,USMLE Step-2CS is only administered in the US and it is a patient exam,so u need to travel to the US for that.U can get a visitor B1/B2 Visa to the US from the US embassy in yur country.Remember, u donot get an F1 visa for USMLE purposes.F1 visa is issued to those who ge themselves enrolled in a course of study in the US.
