sputum smear examination will confirm the diagnosis of tuberculosis after which anti tuberculous drugs can be started

usually we give daily INH with pyridoxin for 9 months, but here no option for that ans, sputum cultures are best i think.
No therapy ll be correct if PPD is negative...
