clincal cs stands for clinical skill, you have to go to usa to complete it. it focus on your communication and clinical examination skill. the test lasts 8 hours, with 12 stations. each station will have a simulated pt ( an actor) who will act as a patient with specific complaints, you will ask questions and perform examination infront of the examinee who will mark your performances.after that, you will write up your findings and differentiatial diagnosis and follow up testing you would like to do in a specific format ( you can find the format in first aid for usmle 2cs) The testing points are only available in atlanta,houston,philadelphia,los angelos and few others i can't remember . There is no score for the test, you either mark fail or pass.

the best source for that is ecfmg.org and fsmb, usmletomd.com, its available only in us in few locations, unlike the rest of the steps its a practical exam with simulated patients, but for all the questions the website is the best
