Re: WEN? TheOne - 06-04-08 15:27 Yes, normally residents take Step 3 during their training. It is somewhat better for IMGs to take it before the start of their residency.

Re: WEN? radhamesramos - 06-05-08 11:47 I did it before residency, and it is a real relief to get it done before, but if you take it during residency, the success rate is somewhat higher. Nevertheless, PDs prefer IMGs to do it before!
