What are my chances?

Hey,
I am an IMG with greencard, did well on my usmles, (89 and 97) got great LoRs. I had a total of 7 interviews, 2 for both prelim and categorical. Question... do u think my chances for matching are great? When I am doing my list can I enter a school twice once for prelim and again for categorical?
As the days go by, I get nervous and worry about not matching?
How do I become eligible for the scramble... is it automatic once I have not matched?
