i'm an IMG who graduated in year 2009 . my score is 237/99 in step1 and 241/99 in ck. l dont have any us clinical experience or research papers.

First(off) no one can predict anyone's exact chances.
U have an excellent opportunity to get into any of these specialties only if u pass the Step-2CS exam on first attempt.Yur scores r excellent,and u r a very fresh graduate.Now, pass yur Step-2CS on first attempt.Take Step-2CS only after practicing very hard with a practice partner.
Afterwards, get some US experience in the form of observerships/externships and get some great US LORs.Do some voluntary research in the US if u can.Just keep adding to yur credentials.
