Hey Forum mates,

I am an IMG, was supposed to have two US LORs, rights waived for both.
One reached early in Aug but second reached on26th Aug.
I am definitely applying early in Sept.
Should I also submit the LOR which has reached late?
Can anyone guide me on this issue??
