If one is within 3 yrs of Graduation then it is said that it is easy to match.If one is within 5 yrs of graduation,it is said that it is fairly possible to match.If one is within 10 years of graduation, it is said that it is too difficult to match.If one is more than 10yrs since graduation, it is said that it is impossible to match.
But, matching also depends on the overall credentails of an applicant.
